Ron Rutledge
Studio Manager
Ron comes to us from Los Angeles, California where he has spent over 30 years in the music business. Ron’s most recent position was that of V.P. of Recording Studio Operations for world renowned A&M/Henson Recording Studios where he served for over 12 years. Before his V.P. position Ron was the Studio Manager of Precision Mastering, a successful LA based Mastering house. Ron began his career as a live sound engineer working at various clubs & venues throughout the greater Los Angeles area. In 2004 Ron founded Rutledge Entertainment, a successful management company, managing artists, producers & engineers.

Hal Fitzgerald
Chief Engineer
Hal Fitzgerald has been involved in the production field for
over 20 years, as a musician, recording engineer, producer and studio manager.
He is an accomplished drummer and percussionist with over 15 years of classical
training. Over the last few years, he has had the opportunity to collaborate
with some of the music industry's finest artists such as Lauryn Hill, Jessica
Simpson, Erykah Badu, and Kirk Franklin.
He holds a Bachelor of Music degree (BS) from the University
of Oklahoma and a Specialized Associate degree from Full Sail center for the
Recording Arts.
Hal arrived in Dallas in 1994 and worked with Studio Tech Supply
as their Pro Tools specialist. He spent several years traveling the southwest
teaching seminars as well as holding a teaching position at Collin County Community
College as an audio instructor.
From 1997-2004, Hal partnered with Rob Wechsler at Luminous
Sound, Dallas, TX and became Chief Engineer there in 2000.
Prior to joining forces with Maximedia, Hal was approached
by multi-platinum Grammy winning artist Lauryn Hill to record her new album.
Hal spent four months in Miami and New York before returning to Dallas.

Michael Havens
Engineer
Michael Havens came to Maximedia in 2002. He began as an freelance engineer and quickly proved his talent and dedication. He brought over ten years of experience recording and playing to the table as well as his degree in Audio Engineering. Michael is also a member of the NARAS Grammy Association.
Now Michael is humbly one of the most sought after engineer / producers in Dallas. He has been named the "studio wizard" in one of the many print and online publications that he has been written up in. Michael is also a very versatile musician, and can be seen playing live in his band, The Shine.

Matt Aslanian
Engineer
Matt joined Maximedia in April 2006 after a grueling 8-month internship. He is a guitar player, but also enjoys programming and synthesis.
Matt graduated from Texas Tech University in 2006 with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Through college he played guitar in a few locally successful bands and earned many music and performance credits.
Currently, Matt is creating music in the self-described “studio band” Dirty Little Mouth, with fellow engineer Seth Falkner and a collective of local musicians. They rock.

"Iron Mike" Limroth
Studio & Venue Engineer/ Technician
“Iron” Mike, joined Maximedia in the summer of 2003 and has enjoyed working to expand the facility ever since. Originally from Arlington, TX, he is currently attending the University of North Texas to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering. Interests include vintage amplifiers, classical music, live sound, and taking it easy. Mike also has a keen interest in the technical nature of audio electronic and enjoys both learning and applying his knowledge on the job.

Will Bolton
Creative Director - Design Group
Will joined the Maximedia team in May of 2007 bringing all design services in-house. With a heavy background in both music and design, he is the perfect fit for the job.
Before Maximedia, Will was the Art Director and Photographer for multiple publications at Russell Publishing Group. While there, he was in charge of printing approximately 2.5 million magazines a year. Will was the drummer for the band Greatness in Tragedy, taught drum/percussion lessons, and was a session drummer on various projects over the years.
