POLICY Reserving Studio Time: Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of a PO from a record label. Before time can be held a 50% deposit and credit card on file is required. For information on studio time and rates, please call 972.488.8814 or email brian@maximediastudios.com. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or rescheduling of block bookings and lockout time must occur at least 3 (three) business days in advance of the first session start time. All other studio time must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the session start time. Maximedia Recording has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not cancelled within the timeframe stated above. Maximedia will also charge clients for rentals and additional expenses incurred in preparation for session. Maximedia reserves the right to charge full price for session cancellations that occurred without notice. Project Storage: Projects may be stored at Maximedia for a period of 30 (thirty) days after completion of project. Client must remove project from studio after this period or pay storage fees. Shipping charges are billed at cost. Maximedia accepts cash, check, money orders, Visa, and Master Card as forms of payment. No project in any form will be released without payment in full. If paying by check, Maximedia reserves the right to hold all projects until the check has cleared.
