APRIL 2008
All three of Maximedia’s studios were kept busy in April. Chief Engineer
Hal Fitzgerald mixed a new Play-N-Skillz single featuring Lil’ Jon and
Krazy Bone. Paul Wall tracked in the SSL Room with engineer Michael
Havens. Interscope recording artist, Rev Theory, worked with engineer,
Matt Aslanian recording for their upcoming release.
The Max also had an exciting month hosting the Russ Martin Police & Fire
Benefit concert with Live 105.3. George Lynch from Dokken and Lynch Mob
rehearsed in our venue.
The Max has also begun hosting DFW Boxing After Dark every Thursday
evening through the end of summer. |

Peacemaker records live record on The Max stage.
Maximedia studios and The Max are teaming up to create the best live music recordings around. Using the Neve 8108 that looks out onto The Max's custom built stage, Maximedia is working with local and national bands to give them top quality live recordings. Peacemaker, Dallas based rock band, recently finished recording their entire live record. |

Evanesence, Miser, Rouge, Ice Cube, Maximedia Unveils New Look
Amy Lee, the voice of Evanesence, performed a private radio show for a few lucky winners of contests held by Clear Channel Radio at The Max.
Producer King Logan was in our SSL suite producing tracks for Lench Mob recording artist Ice Cube. King was also in our API suite working with UK-based singing group, Rouge.
Beau Hill, who is best known for his work with Alice Cooper, Winger, Warrant and Ratt, worked in the API suite with Dallas band Miser tracking new songs.
With business booming, Maximedia lauches new branding campaign. Along with our new logo and Web site, The Max and Maximedia Design Group now have a new look.

Bob Marlette & Saliva Record New Track for WWE
Rock band Saliva has been chosen to the do the new song for WWE. Who better to bring in but multiple platinum producer/engineer, Bob Marlette and our very own, Matt Aslanian. Saliva camped out in our SSL suite, played basketball and still found time to record.

American Idol Judge, and former bassist for Journey, Randy Jackson caught up with Aly & AJ while in Dallas on tour. Randy is in the process of recording his latest All-Star record.
